Summer School of Arts
Every year (5-20 September) a summer school of arts is organized in the St. Joakim Osogovski Monastery. The organizers - Skopje's School of Architecture and the Summer School Council - gather painters from Macedonia, France, Germany, UK, Japan, and other countries every year.

Saints' Day Festivities
In the end of August every year, on the saints’ days of 28 August, dedicated to St. Bogorodica (the Virgin Mary), and 29 August, dedicated to St. Joakim, the monastery is visited by several thousand visitors, who come to celebrate and pay respect to the saints.
