Type of a speleological activity of descending waterfalls and creeks of tidal mountain rivers.

Smola Waterfalls – located on Slomnica River in Smolari Village near Strumica, 70m high, with two cascades

Tresonec River – located in Tresonce Village in the foothills of Mt. Bistra, 1.5km long, with 11 waterfalls, whose length ranges from 11m to over 40m, ends outside Ajlilica Cave in the vicinity of Tresonce Village.

Necessary equipment: diving suit, light alpinist shoes and alpinist rope.

This activity is not age-restricted, but it requires physical fitness.  It lasts for hours.
