Fool’s Day
1 April-Fool’s Day is celebrated all over the country. Masked people everywhere, jokes, and laughter contribute to the cheerful atmosphere that lasts till dawn.

Month of the Dance
As April is considered to be a month of the dance, a number of classical and contemporary ballet performances and concerts are held in towns around Macedonia. The event culminates on 29 April (the World Day of Dance), usually with a ballet premiere.

Theatre Fest - Skopje
This five-day festival takes place in the premises of the Macedonian National Theatre and hosts Macedonian and foreign theatres, increasing its audience every year.
